Pressure and temperature can always be adjusted to fit your preference. Accommodations can be made if you need extra pillows to make the table more comfortable.

Rhythmic Meditation Massage

Myofascial Stretch Massage
Myofascial Release is a form of noninvasive deep tissue, using targeted sustained pressure in the fibrous connective tissue. It is combined with slow and gradual lifting, lengthening, & compressing adhesions, changing the body's response, softening tension and allowing more freedom in the muscle tissue to move toward your natural alignment.
A variety of modalities are used: Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Kneading, Compression & Isolated Stretching.

Prenatal Massage
Enjoy a quiet moment to reflect inward with your upcoming arrival of your newest family member. Prenatal massage is not only healthy for you to release stress and tension but it's also healthy for the baby too. Intensions are always mindful in regards to your little one. Focused attention is given to your hips, lower back, and feet to help soothe your aches and pains while you are in a side-lying position with lots of comfortable support pillows. You may choose between unscented or lavender cream for your service.

Choose a custom blend of high quality pure essential oils to be blended in a creamy body butter and applied to the whole body with customized pressure. Melatonin Oil Massage
Having Trouble Sleeping? Add a customized essential oil blend that promotes deep relaxation and healthy sleep.
A massage cream base is blended with lavender, cedar wood, ho wood, ylang ylang, sweet marjoram, grujun balsam, chamomile, vetiver, vanilla, Hawaiian sandalwood and 5 mg melatonin.
A variety of modalities will be used based on your specific needs, with varying degrees of pressure with intension to calm the nervous system and give you the rest you've been needing.

CBD Massage
This massage targets chronic pain by adding a non-psychoactive CBD oil that is applied to the whole body. This oil fully absorbs into the skin and is great at reducing inflammation and soothing sore muscles.
In addition a pain relieving balm will also be applied to extra tight areas:

Invigorating Scalp Treatment & Massage
This service spends 20 minutes of focused attention to the neck and scalp for a meditative & botanical healing experience at the end of a 55 or 85 Min Massage. Jojoba and Rosehip oils are gentle and hydrating. The base oils are blended with pure essential oils. warmed, and applied slowly to the hairline and forehead and thoroughly massaged into the scalp, neck and shoulders. Warm towels will be wrapped around the head creating a tingling effect to wake up the senses & relax the mind as tension melts away.

Add warmth and anti inflammatory properties during your customized massage. A steamed herbal compress will be incorporated throughout your session and is applied over joints and down the spine creating a deeply relaxing experience. Herbs include Rose, Turmeric, Lemongrass, Kaffir Lime, Orange Peel, Tamarind, Patchouli, & Camphor.
The Poultice is yours to take home and reuse.

Elements Aroma/Stone Massage
Experience tranquility and meditation with an Elements Aromatherapy Stone Massage. Left the mind drift away with botanical healing. A carrier Oil will be blended with a high concentration of an essential oil blend, warmed, and drizzled down the spine and onto the base of the neck, and down the legs. (please note if you'd prefer not to have oil in your hair) The oils will be throughly worked in with warm stones using rhythmic and wave like motions until completely absorbed.

Add an exfoliating back scrub to the end of any massage service. This scrub will remove dead skin cells, improve circulation and accelerate cell renewal. This cream based scrub contains micronized buffing beads, natural luffa, and apricot powder leaving your skin smooth and glowing. Scrub time is approximately 10 min, and will be removed with hot towels. Includes Essential Oil of your choice.

Tired Feet deserve some extra attention. Add a peppermint & tea tree salt scrub to bring new blood flow, and soothe aching feet and legs. Scrub will be removed with hot towels and followed by an ultra hydrating and cooling body butter worked into the feet and calves with warm stones until completely absorbed. Your feet will be revived and ready for your next adventure.

Add a target cream or balm to any service. It will be applied to one or two areas that need extra attention.

Hydrating Rose Wrap & Massage
Rose Clay Hydrating Mud is blended with your choice of nourishing essential oils. ~ Recommended Oil Blends for this service are: Diffuse the Anxiety, Pampered Skin, Gal Pal , Rose Blend or Guava Seed & Ginger Flower. You can find the Custom Essential Oils Ingredient List in the add-on section.
~Rose Clay mud is applied to the whole body. You are wrapped in a cocoon to generate heat, opening the pores, causing the body to sweat out toxins and draw in hydration for glowing skin.
~ You are then wrapped in a warm cocoon where you can drift away with a relaxing scalp & foot massage.
~Once unwrapped, the mud will be removed with warm towels, immediately followed by a 75 Min Massage with a hydrating Body Butter.

Detox Seaweed Wrap & Massage
French Sea Mud includes extracts of Spiralina, Sea Rocket, Bladderwrack, & Laminaria. It is enhanced with Kukui Nut Oil (Can be omitted for those with nut allergies), Sea Fennel and a blend of essential oils (pink grapefruit, juniper berry, Italian Cypress, Litsea, Atlas Cedarwood, Siberian Fir Needle, Dalmatian Sage, Pink Pepper, Birch, Sweet Fennell, & Black Pepper), great for the reduction of Cellulite, promoting decongestion, eliminating waste and impurities to firm, smooth, tone, and remineralize the skin while stimulating circulation, supporting the immune system, fighting inflammation, and easing pain in the body.
